A few weeks ago the Pelican Bay Property Owners Association (PBPOA) shared the results of our ‘Better Together’ survey in a PowerPoint presentation and, at that time, advised that your additional suggestions and comments would be compiled into a readable and meaningful format to be shared when completed.
Thank you for taking the time to participate in this exercise and for sharing all your additional suggestions and comments to help keep Pelican Bay the best luxury premier active lifestyle community in Naples.
Below you will find links to the compiled list of your suggestions and comments from the survey, as well as the PowerPoint presentation with the initial survey results. Again, as previously stated, it is of utmost importance to remember that we are neighbors first; staff is accountable, through our Board of Directors, to the membership. As residents and members of the Pelican Bay community with hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars invested in Pelican Bay, there are expectations that every one of our residents has a right to have their voices heard, have access to relevant, timely and important information, and decision makers who consider all of the facts with which they are presented before rendering a final decision no matter how much these facts may deviate from some personal opinion or view.
Your PBPOA considers it a privilege to serve Pelican Bay. We exist only to provide an effective concerted voice for the residents of Pelican Bay in matters affecting the quality of life and values of the community. Our posts are offered to make Pelican Bay better, not to criticize employees and volunteers who work so hard on our behalf.
Again, thank you.
