‘The Impact of the Surfside Bill Law’
Thank you to all who registered and were able to attend our Listen and Learn event to hear John Trebilcock, Goede/DeBoest/Cross, PLLC, discuss the details of Florida’s new Surfside Bill and its impact on condo assocations. It was a very informative presentation that many of our Pelican Bay Assocation Boards will be hearing more about in the coming months as they receive written notice from our local code enforcement agency on the milestone inspection process.

Also, a special thanks 👏👏👏 to PBPOA Director, Beth Schultz, for providing a recap of the PBF committees she attended last week on the status of the PB amenities after Hurricane Ian and the committees short term plan of action to restore some beach access, tram and food service, in addtion to other options being explored.
