Pelican Bay Property Owners Association Announces Changes to its Membership Billing Policies 11/19/21
Dear Member and Friends of the Pelican Bay Property Owners Association,
Many members have indicated that they wanted a standardized billing policy with a common expiration/renewal date. You found our current renewal policy too confusing and asked that we discontinue the automatic renewal policy that many organizations use. We listened and are introducing the following changes to our annual membership billing program that addresses your concerns and becomes effective January1st , 2022.
All PBPOA membership renewals will be due on January 1st, 2022. For members who joined and/or renewed between January 1st and September 30th, 2021, the membership dues will be $50.00, just as they are now. Members who joined or renewed between October 1st and December 31st, 202, will be considered “paid” through December 31st, 2022. In other words, those new members will benefit from a 15-month membership in the first billing cycle.
Please note the $50.00 annual dues are our only revenue source. So, for us to survive and pursue our mission of protecting the Pelican Bay way of life and protecting Pelican Bay property values, performing to, or exceeding your expectations is essential. We hope you agree that every homeowner and household in Pelican Bay should be a member of the PBPOA; we are working toward that goal.

It is a privilege for us to have you as a member or friend. We value your membership greatly, and we seek to provide meaningful value to you.
