EXCITING TIMES AT THE PELICAN BAY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION
On Thursday, March 12, 2020, the Pelican Bay Property Owners Association conducted its annual membership meeting. As we organize for the new year, we are implementing a number of changes. We want to share this information with you. Three of our long time Board leaders have reached their term limits. Bob Sanchez, who has been President for the last three years and to whom we owe a big THANK YOU, will remain as Chairman Emeritus, Ted Raia, 2017 man of the year and Dr. Pat Florestano have been valuable Board members whose services will be missed. We have added three new Board members who have already made valuable contributions to our success: Joe Bawduniak, Donna Raab, and Hank Rossi.

The Pelican Bay Property Owners Association, organized in 1984 to oversee Westinghouse as they developed Pelican Bay, is the entity that has no agenda other than protecting your property values and quality of life in this wonderful community. We are the conscience of Pelican Bay.
