Stock Continues Application On October 13, Stock’s representatives met with County Staff for a Site Development Plan Pre-Application Meeting.

There are a number of noteworthy items covered in what was a two hour meeting, but the general purpose was to define the information that would be required of Stock in order to advance the project. Keeping to his obligations under the approvals granted by the County Commissioners, Stock asks for 140 multi-family residential units and approximately 4,000 square feet of commercial space, and a marina.
The staff noted that the site will contain two towers on top of a parking garage, two separate buildings, and a park for the use of One Naples residents. The parking garage will include a real estate office and a cafe. A marina with boat slips will be part of the submittal to be in “building 3.”
Stock noted that the project will be phased which the staff stated will require a “Construction Phasing Plan.” No further schedule or information about the phasing is currently available.
As you will see, the bulk of the meeting describes the path Stock must follow, and the details and submissions that will be required to receive his permits. These are extensive, and while not unusual in scope for a project of this size, they will take some time to provide, and there will be significant detailed reviews at every step.
