Please mark your calendars for February 9, 2023, 1:00PM to 3:00PM, for Your Pelican Bay Property Owners monthly meeting. We will convene at the Community Center to hear the vision of our Directors for the next year and beyond. And you will have time to ask questions directly to the Board Members in attendance.

The Foundation Board
It is important to note one limitation. If four or more sitting Board Members are present, it constitutes an official meeting. So the current Board Members who will remain as Pelican Bay Directors will be three instead of five in number.
There are many very serious and expensive challenges that we face in Pelican Bay. Severe weather is never our friend, and our buddy, Ian, was no exception. Questions swirl around the restaurant’s rebuild, projects that will have a major impact and expense to us and the services that the Foundation provides for our benefit. Then there’s the infamous and ageless Pickleball situation. No solution is perfect, but we all need to know the options and their consequences. Sidewalks continue to be replaced, a Services District issue except for the pathway around the lake. That is a Foundation responsibility. How do you feel about allowing bicycles to use it when widened and completed?
These topics and more will be featured on February 9th. You will have time to share your ideas and opinions directly with the Board Members and soon to be Board Members who are our panelists.
