Important Letters from the County on One Naples Rezone and Growth Plan Amendment Letters from the Collier County Planning Department about the One Naples Project Please CLICK HERE to read the latest on One Naples. One Naples Petition Progress We have been in full or partial COVID-19 lockdown since March 3, 2020, it’s out-of-season, yet you have responded quickly and in large numbers to affect, positively, the outcome of the invasive One Naples Project as proposed. Please do not stop now. Every additional petition signature makes our position stronger! Remember to have your spouse sign, too if they have not already done so. Everyone who uses the traffic light at US 41 and Vanderbilt Beach Road will be negatively impacted by Stock Development’s intrusive project. You do not have to be a Pelican Bay resident to sign the petition. Pine Ridge, Parkshore, Vanderbilt Beach and Naples Park will all be inundated with additional traffic as drivers race through the neighborhoods to avoid the stop light. Thank you to the hundreds of people who have already signed the petition. Just a reminder, we do not want duplicate signatures, so please be sure that you only sign once. Contact us if you have any doubt. CLICK HERE to sign the petition. Independence Day, 2020 The United States of America has been a rock for 244 years. While we are going through some tough and challenging times, we’ve been here before. When we emerge from this chaos, we will be stronger than ever. The best is yet ahead of us. It will be different than the past has been, it always is when changes occur, but it will be better for all of us. May God Bless each of you and your families, and may GOD BLESS AMERICA! Happy 4th of July, Mark E. English, President on behalf of your friends at the Pelican Bay Property Owners Association |
