Red Tide – The impact of the blue green algal is surrounding the Pelican Bay community. Currently there is a petition which can be found at https://www.change.org/p/kathleen-passidomo-fund-the-fixes-for-red-tide-in-southwest-florida-pbpoa. What would or could be be used instead of concrete? What makes Concrete less desirable?
I do not feel renting short term is a good idea. We’ve had problems in the past with short term visitors.
The rules of our association are of no interest to them.
