Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Pelican Bay is an exciting place to live.  Several very important projects
have recently been completed while still more are on the drawing board.  Our goals at the Pelican Bay Property  Owners Association are simply to protect and to enhance our property values and quality of life by monitoring virtually
all activities at every level that affect or could affect these goals.  We attend the meetings of the Pelican Bay Foundation, the Pelican Bay Services District, the County Commission meetings when
appropriate, Mangrove Action Group, the Presidents’ Council and virtually
every other recognized organization that does or can impact us by their actions.  When appropriate, we become active in ways and through actions that attempt to produce results favorable to the Pelican Bay
Property Owners Association’s stated missions.

We think that you will agree that dues of $50 per year per household is a
small  amount to invest to have The Pelican Bay Property Owners
Association actively monitor actions and potential actions that could
impact your property values and/or quality of life.  Please return your
payment within 10 days in the enclosed envelope, and, please join us at
one of our numerous social events or at our monthly Board Meetings.  We
